Young teenage girls begin dropping like flies all over the world. Just before they die they experience Near Death Happiness, a pre-death state where joy and bliss are at an apex. After death, the teens automatically become flesh-eating zombies called STACY. With the world in a frenzy due to this latest death and undead epidemic, families are being advised by the authorities to kill their daughters before they succumb to the new plague. They are also instructed to chop up and discard the corpses in garbage bags that will be retrieved by government officials. One military base in Japan is holding a few zombie teens to be tested by scientists. A depressed soldier, however, sets the young ladies free to roam the base and destroy all remaining lives in their way. Will STACY ever be controlled?
